Mini Pub: Desktop Kegerator!

Forget the damn coffee maker on your desk or on your kitchen counter… Get one of these instead! The Mini Pub from Avanti is lightweight and portable so you can put it almost anywhere. It holds 5-liter kegs, which are about equivalent to a 12 each (so someone like you will still need a new one every day…).
It’s a pretty basic unit. It has a controls and a display for monitoring the temperature inside, and the CO2 pressure. It even has a “Heineken type” adapter for those Heineken party kegs.
Now, this thing is no HomePub fridge/freezer for 5-liter kegs, but it might be just a bit more practical in terms of its size. Especially for like… a dorm room or your shitty apartment or something… And it’s more affordable too. You can pick up the Mini Pub for only $230. Get a bunch and put one in every room if you can!
The only thing about this package is that it comes with 3 16-gram CO2 tanks (only enough to pump about 3 of these 5L kegs). The Unit can handle up to a 340-gram CO2 Cylinder (up to 20 5L kegs), but that of course is not included.

Mini Kegs are great, but why not just have a real keg. I found a site called CollegeKegerator.com that sells and rents kegerators. I got mine for $30 a month.
